PRICING

Price assessed by discussing the detail of each portrait:

Content:
Size: life size or mid-size, prices may vary according to size.
Content: background setting, dress, pose and furniture
Mood: formal or casual dress
Additional elements: pets or possessions

Procedure:
A series of photographs will be taken of the subject at their home or preferred location.
In addition I will need to make drawing studies and notes of the sitter at this meeting.
This whole process should take between 2–3 hours.
The portrait will be painted at my Vancouver studio, taking between 1-2 months to complete.

Additional figure on one canvas add 50%
Second portrait of the same person at 50% of initial cost

Prices do not include travel expenses, framing costs, shipping fees or sales tax.

A written contract will detail the requirements of the portrait.
On agreement a 50% a non-refundable deposit is due. Client will receive
by email a colour sketch of the portrait for pose and composition approval.
Stage 2 approval of image sent via email at closing stages of the painting.
Remaining 50% on delivery of final artwork.
